360 Survey

JER HR Group conducts 360 Degree Feedback survey for clients.  This is a process in which employees receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the people who work around them. We generally include employee's manager, peers, and direct reports. A mixture of about eight to twelve people fill out an anonymous online feedback form that asks questions covering a broad range of workplace competencies.

JER HR Group includes external software for 360 survey which is many times combined with leadership or employee development training programs.
