JER HR Group works with employers and Human Resources professionals interested in utilizing an assessment tool to help identify external talent and promote internal candidates. Our clients are increasingly use online assessments to help better understand people in the workplace, and in developing skills and capabilities of existing employees. Assessments can offer objective feedback of individuals’ skills, competencies and gaps by providing information about candidates or employees to the complex mix of data on likely job suitability. In addition to being used in hiring and selection, assessments are also used as an aid in promotion, succession planning, training, leadership growth and development, and team-building.

We see more and more of our clients utilizing personality assessments in their hiring and employee development practices. According to Psychology Today, about 80% of Fortune 500 companies use personality tests to assess potential and current employees to make hiring, team building, and developmental decisions. Personality Indicators – Our coaches are certified in a multitude of instruments to aid in guiding the individual to a better understanding of themselves and others. MBTI® (Myers-Briggs), Everything DiSC®, Highlands, Big 5 Personality Test, CPI (California Psychological Inventory) 260® are a few of these tools.
