Founded in 1991, JER HR Group brings a team of over 30 professionals with an average of 20 years of in-depth, hands-on, bottom-line oriented experience. Two of our consultants are past ‘HR Professional of the Year’ honorees for the NC Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Many of our consultants carry HR certifications (SPHR and SHRM-SCP), one has the coveted CPLP from the Association of Training and Development (ATD) and a few even have PhDs.
