The Everything DiSC® Personality Profile Process

How It Works

Participants receive a link to an online Everything DiSC® assessment. Using a 5-point scale, they rate themselves on how much they agree or disagree on simple statements, keeping in mind, there are no right or wrong answers. To get the most accurate results, computerized adaptive testing is used when generating a detailed personalized report uncovering the dominant traits in each person.

Each profile identifies your unique behavioral style, your tendencies, needs, and strategies for effective behavior. Each profile report also includes information about other DiSC® styles to help you learn more about others for better working relationships.

A behavioral profile can be used as a standalone tool, or it can be combined with a customized training sessions from JER HR Group. Our facilitator can moderate a session, or you can purchase an Everything DiSC® facilitation kit and run your own DiSC® workshops. Although certification is not required to facilitate a workshop, it is recommended. Someone in your organization can become certified as a DiSC® facilitator either using the online DiSC® assessment certification or by attending an Everything DiSC® certification class.

A Learning Experience that Helps Professionals and Organizations Discover What It Takes to Build a Truly Cohesive and Effective Team 

The Five Behaviors profile, which provides both individual and team feedback, is grounded in the model described in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, the internationally best-selling leadership fable by Patrick Lencioni. With this program, participants learn how, as a team, they score on the key components of the model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results. Additionally, the program is powered by Everything DiSC®. Using these results, participants will be able to create a better, stronger team.

The Online Assessment

To begin, each team member completes a computer-adaptive assessment, from which a group result and comprehensive profile report are produced. The profile itself is a personalized journey that helps teams see where they stand on The Five Behaviors, so they can begin the process of working together more effectively.

With JER HR Group’s QuickStart package, you’ll be set you up with an Electronic Profile Information Center (EPIC) an administration account from which you will email participants an access code to the assessment. You’ll be able to track who has completed it, who needs another reminder, and decide if the respondents get their report upon completion of the survey or if you want to provide printouts later in a training session.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™

The Report

The 36-page report explains the model, provides an overview of the respondent’s DiSC style, and poses a number of items for team discussion based upon the scores of the team as a whole.

The model of a cohesive team behaviors – Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results are explained in the introductory pages. Each of these sections feature a definition, the team’s results, discussion items, and an action plan. The report ends with a summary of your team’s strengths and its challenges, with additional discussion questions.
